3. Quotes and Contracts

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.

Project work begins only after acceptance of the proposal and any required payment.

  • Skylix retains ownership of its internal tools, templates, workflows, and proprietary methodologies.

  • Third-party software remains subject to its own licensing terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Review deliverables promptly

  • Maintain appropriate rights to any content they provide

6. Payments

Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or additional fees where permitted.

7. Revisions

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skylix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services or website.

10. Website Availability

We strive for uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of those services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable agreement or proposal.

Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the applicable client agreement.
